About the Project

Voted #1 on the list of the most beautiful restaurants in the world 2019 by conde nast traveller Saddles has quickly become a multi award winning destination restaurant. Constructed from sandstone and timber, Saddles Restaurant is set within the nursery surroundings and features high ceilings, expansive deck areas, floor to ceiling glass windows and doors and a central sandstone fireplace.

BlairBuild also undertook all civil works to the site including car parking and driveways, underground power and outdoor lighting, pathways and access bays in addition to enhancing of the existing dam and surrounding areas.
