About the Project

The Beach House is a custom designed multi level luxury beachside residence. The design incorporated a wide variety of new low maintenance materials together with an extensive use of hardwood and sandstone throughout. The design also incorporated substantial air conditioning plant to be accommodated in the basement to meet the clients requirements.
